Do you provide carer's tickets, and how do I apply for one?
Yes, we do provide complimentary carer tickets, and this is how you can apply for one;
- Book the number of regular tickets you require (any tickets excluding your carer/companion)
- Email tickets@whitestarheritage.com with your booking reference and evidence of your care requirement
- One of our team will then issue you with your carer ticket.
How long will it take to see the exhibition?
The exhibition usually takes around 1.5 to 2 hours, but it varies as some customers like to take more time than others, so we don’t limit anyone to a maximum length of visit.
Will I still have enough time to see the exhibition if I come on the last time slot?
Yes, our arrival times are every half an hour, and if you book the last slot of the day, you will still have plenty of time to see everything without needing to rush.
Can I take food and drinks into the exhibition?
No food or drink is allowed into the exhibition.
Is there an audio guide?
Yes, there is a free audio guide which works by scanning a QR code on a smartphone. The guide is around 60 minutes long.

Are there any seating areas?
Yes, we have several short video points with seating, and if you need a longer rest, you are able to leave for a pit stop and come back in again if needed.
Do you do large group bookings or school and educational bookings?
Yes, we do, and this can be arranged by contacting us directly at tickets@whitestarheritage.com
